Yes, that's correct. Nobody can legally create YuGiOh games unless they're given permission by owner of the title/brand/IP. Actual card game seems to be owned by Konami. Manga and characters may be owned by someone else.

I'm not sure what you mean, but chances are, if the card exists in the real card game, it'll be able to be collected in this game. He means like in Spirit Caller, how they had the password machine...

Back in the day, letting the player just input the card ID of the real card and having it appear in-game was fine, but charging you money for virtual packs is much more profitable now. Your cards can literally be ANY size...it could be a long thin card, it could be a fat card. As long as your final template doesn't exceed 4096x4096, the game will display it properly. The template of the custom deck will be 10 cards across and 7 cards down, giving you a total of 69 face cards plus the last one being the hidden card (the card that people see when it's in your hand).

Super Polymerization is a card that not only can get rid of two or more problem Monsters but will give you a solid Monster to start building up your own board. It's a Quick-Play Spell, meaning it can be used on either player's turn. It's so good going second as you can fuse away your opponent's negates before they can even use them.
